I started Valarity after almost 20 years of living within the corporate world and continuously spinning my wheels yet getting nowhere. These environments were barely scraping by with ineffective and inefficient systems in place. And the bigger problem - nobody wanted to change what was obviously broken.

After repeatedly attempting to change organizations for the better and being met with bureaucratic resistance, I decided it was time to change my own system and begin working with businesses that wanted to be helped and embrace improving.
